I am available to assist cooperatives on a variety of issues including: formation, compliance with laws and regulations, contractural matters, etc.
I also currently serve as the in-house counsel for Fertile Ground Cooperative in Oklahoma City. I am proud to do ths work because Fertile Ground is worker-owned coop that is providing essential services that improve our local environment. This includes converting food scraps (from local homes and businesses) as well as manure (from the herbivores at the OKC Zoo) and other materials, into high-quality compost, mulch, and related products.
