My prices for most cases are as follows:
- Basic Will Package - $450 This package includes the drafting of a Last Will and Testament for either an individual or for a married couple, as well as some bonus documents (medical power of attorney, advanced directive for health care, financial power of attorney, and emergency pet care auhorization form).
- Revocable Trust Package - $1250 This package includes the drafting of all documents necessary to create a revocable trust under Oklahoma law (Declaration of Trust, Memorandum of Trust, Deeds to transfer real estate to the trust, and a spillover will) as well as basic instructional information for future trustees to use in administering the trust, as well as some bonus documents (medical power of attorney, advanced directive for health care, financial power of attorney, and emergency pet care.
